April Leaf & Yard Waste Collection

Leaf and Yard Waste Collection – Week of April 28, 2025

The Municipality will collect Leaf and Yard Waste on your regular waste pickup day during the week of April 28, 2025. This applies to both rural and village areas.

Next Leaf and Yard Waste Collection is scheduled for the Week of May 5th,2025.

Acceptable Materials:

  • Grass clippings

  • Twigs and branches

  • Leaves

  • Plant material (no soil)

Unacceptable Materials:

  • Sod or soil

  • Stumps and root balls

  • Rocks and stones

  • Any kind of plastic

Requirements:

Have your leaf and yard waste out by 7:00am on your regular pickup day during the weeks above. Tie brush into bundles no longer than 3ft. with material no larger than 2″ in diameter. Only use paper yard waste bags. Each bag must not weigh more than 40lbs (18kg). Roll the bags down to keep out rain and snow.
